1. Published retention rules
Account information is retained until account deletion. API call logs are retained for 90 days by default and can be viewed and exported in the console.
2. After account closure
After account closure, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
3. Status of category-level disclosure
We do not currently publish one confirmed retention period for upload objects, accessible URLs, prompts, task metadata, generated media, backups, moderation or abuse records, and upstream copies.
We will not make unverified fixed-period commitments for those categories before object lifecycle, backup recovery windows, moderation requirements, and live model routing have been confirmed. Enterprise customers may send route and data-category details to [email protected] for review.
