1. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and related personal data at [email protected]. After account closure, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
2. Requests for a specific upload or task
We do not currently offer a customer self-service API that can make an immediate, irreversible deletion commitment for one upload, image task, video task, and every associated log.
For a specific request, provide your account, object URL or object key if available, task ID, request time, and desired scope to support. We will verify the applicable storage, task records, and legal exceptions before confirming what can be performed.
3. Scope of deletion
Removing or hiding a record in the console does not by itself mean that related objects, logs, backups, or upstream copies have been deleted.
We do not currently issue a standardized, durable deletion certificate for an individual task. We will publish that capability only after verifying object storage, backup, and upstream-routing behavior.
