Billing and Refund Policy

Current rules for dynamic quotes, async media settlement, and refunds for terminally failed tasks.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Current account quote controls

Public pricing is a reference. Final consumption follows the current quote shown for your account before submission or in the console, submitted model parameters, and applicable discounts.

Image models may be priced by resolution and output count. Video models may be priced by resolution, output duration, and whether video input is provided.

2. Failed asynchronous media tasks

When an asynchronous media task reaches a terminal failed state on the platform, the system refunds quota pre-consumed for that task. Retryable failures may enter a retry flow first; a refund is handled after terminal failure.

Validation failures, requests that never create a task, and third-party payment refunds are outside this task-refund scope. If a charge and terminal task state do not match, provide the task ID and billing record to support for review.

3. Reference inputs

Whether reference input is billable depends on the model and submitted parameters. For video routes priced by input and output seconds, the total can include both reference-video duration and generated-output duration. Review the live estimate for your account before submission.
